The 1,1'-Oxalyldiimidazole (ODI) chemiluminescence in an all-in-one immunoassay can be used with an antigen-binding antibody conjugated to one of a variety of labels as follows:
1. Antigen-binding antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
2. Antigen-binding antibody conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (ALP)
3. Antigen-binding antibody conjugated to a luminescent dye, a carbon quantum dot, or luminescent nanospheres.
