All-in-One Immunoassay
Fig. 1 Immuno-reactors containing a specific antibodies for the All-in-One Immunoassay.
A diagnostic kit of the All-in-One Immunoassay is composed of 2 components.
- An immuno-reactor (see Fig. 1) capable of providing a specific antibody in the presence of a target antigen in a sample
- Reagent(s) capable of reacting with products formed from the All-in-One immunoreaction to generate a highly sensitive signal such as chemiluminescence, colorimetric, electrochemical, electrochemiluminescene, fluorescence, and naked-eye)

The process of the All-in-One immunoassay involves the immunoreaction between a target antigen present in a human sample and a specific antibody immobilized in an immuno-reactor. This interaction leads to the formation of a product resulting from the binding of the antigen and the All-in-One antibody conjugated with a label capable of generating a signal, as illustrated in Fig. 2.

Vid. 3 Procedure of All-in-One immunoassay
Video 1 demonstrates that the surface of the immuno-reactor promptly supplies a specific antibody to the passing target antigen without any interference from other biomaterials present in the human sample, such as small biomolecules, DNA, RNA, peptides, proteins, or cells. This All-in-One antibody releasing method in the presence of target antigens offers several advantages, including enhanced sensitivity, improved specificity, and reduced matrix effects.
In Video 2, it is demonstrated that the products formed after the immunoreaction react with reagent(s) to generate a highly sensitive chemiluminescence. The brightness emitted from the reaction is directly proportional to the concentration of the products formed from the All-in-One Immunoassay. Therefore, as shown in the video 2, the chemiluminescence intensity increases with the concentration of the target antigen present in the human sample.
In Video 3, the analytical procedure of the All-in-One immunoassay is demonstrated for early diagnosis and accurate prognosis of human diseases.
Overall, the All-in-One Immunoassay exhibits significant advantages and is expected to replace existing immunoassay methods in various fields.
